You can check availability and room rates on the booking page or by using the search box on the left. If you have special requests, do not hesitate to contact us by using the appropriate form or simply by calling us.

In addition to cash, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards, as well as cash cards and bank transfers, the latter prior to agreement with the Management during the booking process; cheques are not accepted.

Check-in is from 2.00 pm onwards, check-out before 11.00 am. Our guests can leave their luggage in the luggage room for free on the ground floor if the arrival time is earlier than check-in.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify the reception 24 hours before arrival. After this deadline, the cancellation fee amounts to the rate of the first night of stay. If your booking is guaranteed by a prepayment and confirmed, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Unless otherwise agreed in the booking process, the price includes the international buffet breakfast and other free services, such as Wi-Fi coverage throughout our structure.

Breakfast is served in the first-floor room with a buffet from 07.00 to 10.00 am.

Yes, at the scheduled breakfast time you can contact the bar by phone and order breakfast served in your room at an extra cost.

There are two lifts reserved for our customers.

Yes, Hotel President has an indoor garage at an extra cost (booking required). There is also convenient free parking around the hotel for our customers after receiving a coupon at the reception. There is also an internal area which is always free.

Unless otherwise agreed, animals are not accepted in the hotel, however you can contact the Management for this request.

Yes, we have a bar open from 7.00 to 12.00 am on the ground floor, and a bar on the first floor open from 07.00 to 10.00 am; in addition, each floor of the Hotel President is equipped with vending machines for drinks and snacks.

Yes, the entire hotel is covered by a free Wi-Fi connection.

We are not yet fully equipped to accommodate disabled guests; however, several rooms have facilities for the disabled, contact the reception.

We speak English, German and Spanish.

There are three types of room in Hotel President Prato. STANDARD, in a simple classic style, equipped with large, newly designed, high thermal efficiency windows, completely renovated bathrooms with bath or shower, hairdryer and soft terry towel set, telephone, Wi-Fi connection, minibar, air conditioning, heating, satellite LED TV and safe. SUPERIOR, in addition to the Standard room equipment, they offer completely new furnishings renovated in 2017 with Made in Italy curtains, bedspread and furniture, 32 to 48-inch LED TV, minibar with products offered to our guests, High-quality courtesy set. 40 sqm JUNIOR SUITE located only on the 3rd and 4th floors of our hotel, they are larger than the Superior rooms and have hypoallergenic and antibacterial two-sized cushions, bathrobes and slippers, high-quality organic courtesy set, small lounge, corner bar with kettle, coffee, tea, cappuccino and herbal teas, 48-inch Palco LED TV. Large communicating family rooms are also available upon request.
